Some users experience problems after they have made a successful payment and their ad did not get published the website.

This problem can occur when the connection between the payment gateway provider and the AsiaXPAT webservers is interrupted or you have left the payment page prematurely.

If this happens, please contact support and provide the following information:

  1. Username
  2. Email address used when making the payment, or
  3. Credit card holder name
  4. World Pay transaction ID - this would have been sent to the email address specified during the checkout
